Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using RevNudge ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using RevNudge on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. What RevNudge Does

RevNudge connects to your HubSpot CRM via OAuth (read-only access), analyzes your pipeline data using AI, and sends you weekly email briefs with deal insights and draft follow-up emails. We never write to or modify your CRM data.

3. Accounts

  • You must connect a valid HubSpot account to use RevNudge
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must have appropriate permissions to access the CRM data in your HubSpot account
  • One RevNudge account per HubSpot portal

4. Plans & Billing

  • Starter (Free): 1 pipeline, up to 25 deals, weekly briefs only
  • Pro ($49/month): Unlimited pipelines, up to 200 deals, Monday + Friday briefs
  • Team ($99/month): Everything in Pro, multiple recipients, priority support

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. AI-Generated Content

RevNudge uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your pipeline and draft follow-up emails. Please note:

  • AI-generated recommendations and draft emails are suggestions, not professional advice
  • You should review all draft emails before sending them
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • AI analysis is based on the data available in your CRM — missing or inaccurate CRM data will affect the quality of insights

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RevNudge to send spam or unsolicited emails
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limits or access controls
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7. Service Availability

We aim to deliver your weekly briefs reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally pause the Service for maintenance or updates. We will notify active users of any planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

RevNudge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using RevNudge at any time by disconnecting your HubSpot account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
